We accept most major commercial insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Medicare, and the VA Community Care Network. Coverage varies by specific plan and policy. Our team verifies your benefits before your first visit so you have full clarity on copay, deductible, and expected out-of-pocket cost.

Financing Options
We coordinate CareCredit and other approved financing options for patients whose out-of-pocket balance after insurance warrants a payment plan. Our billing coordinator reviews every option with you before any procedure is scheduled.
Care for Veterans
Loredo Hand Care Institute participates in the VA Community Care Network under the MISSION Act of 2018. Veterans who receive a referral or authorization through their VA healthcare provider are welcomed at our Grapevine office for hand, wrist, and elbow evaluation and treatment. Our team coordinates billing directly with the VA.
Workers' Compensation
Dr. Loredo treats workplace upper extremity injuries including fractures, nerve compressions, tendon injuries, and cumulative trauma disorders. Our team communicates directly with case managers, adjusters, and employers to coordinate timely evaluation, treatment, and return-to-work recommendations.
